I personally encourage every single one who has viewed or browsed my blog to take a look at this documentary film. WWII is not just about the great land of Europe, millions of people suffered from this godly pain of earth. There is no way to do the simple calculation of "how many people actually died in China". And even there will be a way to do it, the number will still shock your pre-loaded mind.
Some Japanese still denied the fact. I still remember what Frank, my college roommate, told me: Your government revised the history. I sure haven’t forgotten what I have told him: they can only revised the books. The true history could not be revised.

For those people who could not read Chinese/Japanese, the picture above tells the story of a "killing race" between two Japanese military officers, Mukai and Noda. They had a killing race to see who would hit "100 kills" first with blade.
On December 13th, 1937, Noda and Mukai met and compared their killing numbers. It was a close one, Noda got 105 and Mukai got 106. However, none of them recalled when they hit the number 100. Therefore, they decided to extend and re-define this match to "who hit 150 first".

For those people who could not tell the difference between a human being and a mountain pig with glasses, this old being is called Ishihara Shintaro. Mr. Ishihara, as the Supervisor of Tokyo, refuses to open his two holes above his nose. He denied everything about the Nanking tragedy. One day he might understand that it actually hurts alittle when you were told by your mom that she has been raped by someone who invaded her country. It hurts alittle when your father told you that your grandpa was killed by someone just for fun.
Shintaro Gun, get a life, we wish the best with your family.

Ms. Iris Chang (1968-2004)
The author of <Rape of Nanking>
The one who dares to step out and prove the truth of history. The one who faced all the negative pressures by herself.
I will have to end this post with a Chinese poem especially for Ms Chang.
长江失声七十年
南国遗恨千百篇
西洋赤子著修竹
